Collect Some Hope
Collect general items needed by people being served by our programs and give someone a Merry Christmas! Great project for your workplace, church group or volunteer group. Options include non-skid bath mats for elderly residents, movie or restaurant passes for abused children and teens, socks for homeless adults, or toys for home child care providers serving low-income families.

Wrap And Roll Volunteer Opportunity
Get into the spirit of the season by wrapping donated Scholastic books for children in need! Come by anytime between 9 am and 5 pm on November 15, 16, or 17 and enjoy cookies, Christmas music, and hot cocoa while you wrap!

Louisiana Nursery Centsation Event
Shop at any of the four Louisiana Nursery Stores and choose Volunteers of America as your organization and a portion of the proceeds will benefit our programs for abused and neglected children and teens

Shop the Merry Market
Get your Christmas shopping done early (or late) by purchasing one-of-a-kind hand crafted gift items created by local volunteers. The Merry Market has gifts perfect for your boss, co-workers, family, friends and neighbors! Items include Cajun Wine Glasses, original Fleur-de-Lis paintings, and swirled ornaments. All proceeds will benefit Volunteers of America's programs for adults with disabilities.
